Library General Rules

• Membership Card or Identity Card non-transferable.
• Every Student must always carry his/her Identity Card and produce whenever demanded during every transaction.
• If the Identity Card is lost by a member, A duplicate Identity Card shall be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- .
• Users should sign in the Visitor’s Register kept at the entrance before entering the Library.
• Book will circulate during 09:00 a. m. to 05:30 p. m. on all working days.
• While borrowing, every student must check the book for missing pages if any or any other damages to the book and bring it to the notice of the Librarian.
• Library – books damaged by the user shall be replaced or its cost shall be paid by the user.
• All books, periodicals, CD’s are not permitted to take outside the Library.
• Do not mark or fold pages of the books.
• No part of library reading material shall be photocopied without permission of the Principal.
• All Library books shall be returned before last date of examination.
• Mobiles, mobiles with camera, handicams, and camera are not allowed in the library.
• Xerox / Photocopying facility is available in Library on payment.
• Spitting and Smoking in any part of the library is strictly prohibited.
• Any misuse of the Library privilege would be considered as a serious breach of discipline and the Librarian is empowered to take action against the offenders.
• Strict silence shall be observed in the Library Reading-Room.
• Files, Umbrellas, Boxes and such other personal belongings shall be kept at the Property Counter.
• Eatables are not allowed in the Library.
